Refund Policy

At Aastha Styles, every piece is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
As a small-batch handmade brand, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent return process for both our customers and our studio.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return request window from the date of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A clear unboxing video of the package

The unboxing video must begin before opening the parcel and clearly show the package condition and product received.

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Refund Format

We do not provide cash refunds.

Approved returns or exchanges are issued as:

  • Store Credit
  • Exchange for another product

Store credits:

  • Have no expiry unless otherwise stated
  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

A reverse pickup/shipping fee may be deducted where applicable.

Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video and product images
  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will provide an exchange or store credit accordingly.

Change of Mind

As every piece at Aastha Styles is individually handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind requests, personal preferences, or styling expectations.

We encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale periods or promotional offers
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Cancellation Policy

Since many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches or prepared upon order, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup availability may vary depending on location.

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the provided return address.

Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
